We had a large project completed including multiple windows, multiple bifold, skylights, front door, side door, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Mel, the salesperson, was knowledgeable, patient and never pushy, helping us make the right choices for such a significant project. Darren, the surveyor/installation supervisor, was thorough and professional throughout, and it was clear a lot of care went into ensuring everything was measured and installed properly. Special mention about Marie, the installations manager who was excellent throughout for both installation planning and the after-sales support. Coordinating a project of this size is not easy, but she kept everything organised, communicated clearly, and was always responsive and helpful whenever anything needed attention. As with any large project, a few issues naturally came up along the way, but every thing was dealt with promptly and professionally by the team. That gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. The quality of the products and installation has been great, and the long warranties (10 years plus) provide real peace of mind. Most importantly, we genuinely trust the team to deal with any issues that may crop up in the future, which is invaluable on a project of this scale. Highly recommended.

We have a wonderful new sliding door, manufactured by Origin in the UK and supplied and fitted by YPE Spitfire. The whole process has been very professional, with excellent communications and a high level of detail given to installation. We are really pleased with the quality of the door – so much better and more stable than the wooden framed door it replaced. I think it was really good value of money and the after-installation follow up has also been excellent. Thank you.

Fitted a front door for us. Speedy fitting and we needed it done quickly which they managed to do. Good price. The fitter was very friendly. All round great service!!!

YPE installed new bi-fold doors and fitted a Spitfire front door for us, replacing old units.
